[b]Why do you want to join staff?: being a staff on this is sever was always a goal for me It allows me to help the server get more popular. Being "That Person" the community seeks is something I strive for. I want to help with any problems on the server. But over all the server is fantastic, and the community is amazing, and there is really nothing that be changed. (unless u think there is)[/b]
[b]Why should we pick you over others?:because, I am nice I will do whatever you say, I will not disobey, and I will try my best to be on as much as I can. [/b]

1) Your Playtime: You are very new to the server and do not have a lot of interaction with the players. We need to see how you socialize with the core player base.
2) Your Distinguishing Factor: It isn't even one. Obedience is something that we expect of everyone and does not separate them from the group. We want something that would show how you would react to the community members who are displaying, both proper and improper behavior examples in mature ways. Or anything that is unique that could be beneficial to us. For example: I am a qualified staff member because I study law enforcement, have leadership training certifications, and have a sense of balancing fun and seriousness. Is there something that you have that others may not, even in life experience?
3) Your Application Quality: Applications need to mostly be cleaned up with precise grammar, punctuation, and formatting. A few mistakes are fine because this is for a video game, but real life job applications and resumes look at these things and take mistakes critically. It is a good lesson to follow.
Take these things into consideration and you may have the opportunity down the road to possibly be a part of the team.
